I got a little story for ya Ags! Months and months ago, I was driving and I saw a beautiful white house with a precious red door. If you know me, you know that I have wanted to live in a house with a red door ever since I saw the second season of One Tree Hill. I have always wanted to be the girl behind the red door, just like Brooke Davis.
So anyways, I saw this house and out loud in my car I asked the Lord to live in it. I was kinda kidding, but at the same time 100% serious. I said that same sweet little prayer for that house probably twenty times since I first saw it, but I never seriously believed that it would actually happen. But you will never believed what happened last week? Last week I signed a lease for that beautiful white house with the precious red door. Oh wait! There’s more… I will be living in that house with eight other girls. Yep, I said eight; it’s not a typo. The Lord not only answered my prayer but he completely and divinely paved the path for nine sweet friends to come together under one roof. I wish I could tell the story via blog, but it is just way too long and detailed, but let me tell you, the Lord was all up it in it! The way that He orchestrated everything and made all the pieces of the puzzle fall into place was truly beautiful.
I am so thankful, so humbled and so excited! I have no idea what nine girls in one house is going to look like, but I can tell you this - the Lord wouldn’t have ordained it the way He did, if it wasn’t going to be a blessing!
